Description
The AMBCO Model 1000 with OTO-SCREEN is a pure-tone air conduction audiometer for threshold and screening work in occupational hearing conservation programs, schools and physician offices. This listing includes a printer for documenting results.
AMBCO lists a standard mode covering 0 to 90 dB in 5 dB steps across 250, 500, 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000, 6000 and 8000 Hz. The OTO-SCREEN mode presents 1000 to 4000 Hz in sequence at 10 to 35 dB, so the operator can run a screening sequence hands-off. AMBCO states that the unit meets ANSI S3.6-1996.
