Tuttnauer 2540M Manual Autoclave

Description

The Tuttnauer 2540M is the manual-control version of the 2540 tabletop autoclave. It has a larger chamber than the 2340 for clinics and labs that process bigger loads or longer instruments, and the controls and front drain valve are the same as on the rest of the manual range.

Tuttnauer lists a 10 x 19 in chamber of about 23 L with four trays. The published standard unwrapped cycle is about 14 minutes from a hot start and 30 minutes from a cold start. The unit runs on 120 V at 1400 W and 12 A. A dual safety thermostat and automatic shut-off are built in.
